Wedding Rates & Block Options Available
Wedding Group Block
Hotel will hold an agreed-upon number of rooms for a wedding date; the minimum block size is 15 rooms on peak.
The cut-off date on the block is 4 weeks prior to arrival. After this date, your guests will no longer have access to your group rate.
80% minimum number of rooms must be picked up for each night
For example: the wedding wants to reserve 20 rooms per night for Friday and Saturday. They are responsible for picking up 16 rooms Friday night and 16 rooms Saturday night.

Gift bag delivery: $2 per bag when handed out by the front desk, $4 per bag if delivered to guest room after check-in
Hilton Honors points will be awarded to the couple based on the number of rooms picked up in their group block. Please sign up for Hilton Honors if you’re not already a member.
Rates are guaranteed at the time of contract.
Please request an Agreement if you would like to move forward with a group block.
Once the Agreement is signed and returned with a completed credit card authorization, we will create your customized weblink and you will be able to communicate it with your guests.
Wedding Discount Rate
If a couple is unsure about how many rooms are needed, or if they feel uncomfortable with the financial commitment, they have the option of providing their guests with a Wedding Discount Rate.
This option gives guests a 15% off discount code that they can use.
(The rate may vary dramatically based on when they book and which room type they book. Hotel inventory and rates are constantly changing so no rate is ever guaranteed.)
Opting for this code means we do not hold any rooms in a block for you. We cannot quote a rate, and we cannot keep track of who has booked as part of your wedding (therefore no gift bags can be handed out and no rooming lists can be created)
Rooms are first come first serve and there is no personalized weblink curated for just your group. This is a general discount; not one just for your group.
Agreements will be issued to detail all the above information and a discount code will be created to share with your guests within 2 business days
In addition to over 80 one-bedroom suites in the hotel, we also have several lovely premier suites, amazing options for Bride Suites, Bachelor Suites, or hospitality for parents. These options are available regardless of which option you choose above. All Suite reservations require a one-night deposit which can be taken via credit card. Let us know if you’re interested in checking on the availability of our premier suites and we can include them in your agreement.
Check-in is at 3 pm, to guarantee early checkin, rooms must be booked for the night prior.
