The following two options are available for your guests for overnight accommodations:
Group Block
Hotel will hold an agreed-upon number of rooms for a date; the minimum block size is 15 rooms on peak.
The cut-off date on the block is 4 weeks prior to arrival. After this date, your guests will no longer have access to your group rate.
80% minimum number of rooms must be picked up for each night.
For example: the group wants to reserve 20 rooms per night for Friday and Saturday. They are responsible for picking up 16 rooms Friday night and 16 rooms Saturday night.

Access to a private Planning Portal will be made available to you so you can check on reservations booked and the remaining inventory in your block.
World of Hyatt points will be awarded to the planner based on the number of rooms picked up in their group block. Please sign up for World of Hyatt if you’re not already a member.
Rates are guaranteed at the time of agreement.
Please request an agreement if you would like to move forward with a group block.
A signed agreement and completed credit card authorization for guarantee will be required to create a room block and weblink.
Discount Rate - based on availability
Best for groups unsure about how many rooms are needed, or if they feel uncomfortable with the financial commitment, they have the option of providing their guests with a Discount Rate.
This option gives your guests the lowest advertised rate on hyatt.com
NOTE: The rate can vary dramatically based on when the guest books and the room type. Hotel inventory and rates are constantly changing, so no rate is ever guaranteed.
Opting for this code means we do not hold any rooms in a block for you. We cannot quote a rate, and we cannot keep track of who has booked (therefore, no rooming lists can be created)
Your guest will be asked to provide a one-night deposit at the time of booking
Rooms are first-come, first-served, and there is no personalized weblink curated, as this is a general discount.

Our lovely suites are amazing options for a little extra room. These options are available whether you contract a block or choose to use the discount code. All suite reservations require a one-night deposit, which can be taken via credit card. Let us know if you’re interested in checking on the availability of our premier suites, and we can include them in your agreement.
Check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early check-in, rooms must be booked for the night before.
