HOTEL POLICIES
NOISE – As a hotel, we are monitoring the experience of all guests and noise can be an issue for others. Loud music, television volume, and elevated phone conversations are most often the potential for complaints. All guest floors have a noise curfew from 9 pm- 9 am. We ask everyone to be considerate of others at all times.
SAFETY & SECURITY– For the safety of your self and others please adhere to the following rules.
Do not prop doors open. Always secure your door behind you.
No more than 4 people in a room at any one time during the day and all gatherings need to end prior to 9pm.
NO SMOKING HOTEL – The odor from smoking, vaping, and other means will force a significant cleaning expense of $500 and potential replacement costs for furniture, curtains, and bedding in which the odor will not extract. This damage fee will be passed along to the occupant. Due to fire codes nothing can be burned in guest rooms including candles, incense, etc.
While this is a new experience for all of us, we want to ensure you are enjoying this opportunity to begin your collegiate career while staying with us. We sincerely CARE that you are comfortable, and safety is a top priority for us at the Strathallan.
