Local Company MC Management Adds To Its Expanding Portfolio
The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside Joins the MC Management Family as the Rochester Riverside Hotel
The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside, located in downtown Rochester, New York in the heart of the convention district, is now under new management and ownership. For the first time in its existence, the hotel will be locally owned and operated. The ownership group consists of local developers Robert Morgan, David Christa, Thomas Masaschi, and Angelo Ingrassia. Rochester-based property development company, MC Management will operate the hotel and is excited about this addition to its family of hospitality properties. The hotel will no longer operate under the Radisson brand, but instead, be run as a private brand and renamed the Rochester Riverside Hotel.
MC Management officially took over operations on October 20, 2017. Furthering its commitment to the redevelopment of Rochester, New York, the acquisition of the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside was a natural next step for them. The company already features the Strathallan Hotel and Spa and Hyatt Regency Rochester in its growing portfolio.

No immediate changes are taking place at the Rochester Riverside Hotel, but a renovation is planned for the future. The hotel will continue to operate at current staffing levels and previously booked events will commence as scheduled. The hotel will also continue to take bookings for future weddings and other events.
The Rochester Riverside Hotel offers 460 guestrooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Besides being one of the largest full-service hotels in the area, it presents guests with a central downtown location and a beautiful view of the Genesee River. An indoor skyway conveniently connects the hotel to events at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, while a complimentary airport shuttle takes guests to and from the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC).
