The new machines offer guests a fully-connected fitness experience where they will be able to track their statistics and use almost any app such as Netflix, Hulu and Facebook, while working out.
Besides physical upgrades, new technology has been added to enhance the experience for leisure and business guests. Zingle, a customer text-messaging service, is implemented, allowing guests to communicate to staff via text-messaging, bringing convenience for them and faster response times from the staff.
