YOUR GUEST ROOM:
Note that all guest rooms have a refrigerator, but no microwaves.
Housekeeping will be provided upon request. Please inform the front desk by 2 pm for same-day housekeeping service.
TEXT US with ZINGLE! – This is the messaging service you can text and communicate with our CARE professionals to get what you need. Provide your cell phone number at check-in and just text “585 531 1103” and we will know who you are and be able to assist.
HOTEL POLICIES
NOISE – As a hotel, we are monitoring the experience of all guests and noise can be an issue for others. All guest floors have a noise curfew from 9 pm- 7 am.
NO SMOKING HOTEL – The odor from smoking, vaping, and other means will force a significant cleaning expense of $500 and potential replacement costs for furniture, curtains, and bedding in which the odor will not extract. This damage fee will be passed along to the occupant. Due to fire codes nothing can be burned in guest rooms including candles, incense, etc.

Located in the lobby. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There will be an assortment of grab n’ go items for lunch available.

Rochester, NY’s newest dining destination, the Mercantile on Main is a welcome addition to downtown. It’s a curated collection of some of the best food and drink this town has to offer. The current line-up of restaurants there are:

Branca Midtown’s kitchen offers the highest quality ingredients sourced meticulously in an effort to celebrate seasonal Italian cuisine. They are committed to using the best possible products, local whenever possible. All of their pasta, pizza dough, and cheese is made by hand every day.
ORDERING FOR HYATT DELIVERY ONLY. Delivery will occur once a day between 4:45p-5:15p, Tues- Sat to the Hyatt Hotel. The order will be delivered to the front desk, and the Hyatt team will deliver it directly to your room. ORDERING ENDS AT 2 PM EACH DAY. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS AFTER 2 PM OR VIA PHONE.
